SANIEH MORGAN

Sanieh (E-RYT 500, YACEP) has more than 1,500 formal teacher training hours and been teaching Yoga, Mindfulness and the Internal Arts for 26 years. Her areas of emphasis include biomechanics and neurobiology of movement, integrative nutrition, multiple disciplines in meditation, Yoga asana, Qigong, Auricular Accu, Xiu Yang and the Internal Healing Arts.

Sanieh’s aim as an educator is to assist people towards full body (re)integration and balance + neuromuscular connectivity and nervous system self-regulation by using somatics, body-based movement and the internal arts in a modern, non-dogmatic way.
