Sanieh (E-RYT 500, YACEP) has almost 1,500 formal teacher training hours and been teaching Yoga, Mindfulness and the Internal Arts for 25 years. Her areas of emphasis include biomechanics of movement and optimal breathing patterns, neurobiology of movement, integrative nutrition, multiple disciplines in meditation, breath work, mobility, Yoga for Anxiety, yoga asana (physical form) and the Internal Healing Arts - Qigong & Xiu Yang.
Sanieh’s aim as a yoga educator is to assist people towards full body (re)integration, neuromuscular connectivity and nervous system self-regulation by using somatics, body-based movement and the internal arts in a modern, non-dogmatic way.

9am Slow Flow
(All level, breath-informed slow flow, meditation, bio-mechanics of the breath).
