Sanieh has been teaching yoga and meditation on an international level for 20+ years.
Drawing from studies in evidence-based stress reduction, Sanieh’s teaching style focuses on the integration of present moment awareness and breath informed movement- modalities used as a means to self-regulate the nervous system and to cope with fluctuations of the mind.
With a strong emphasis in somatic awareness and Mindfulness-based stressed reduction practices, her aim as a yoga educator is to assist people towards optimal well-being while using the ancient practices of yoga in a modern, realistic way.
In her personal time, Sanieh enjoys many different musical endeavors, morning hikes around Austin, cooking Persian food, gardening with her family, yoga, pilates, volunteering, pursuing formal educational studies in Viticulture and Enology & educating people about clean-crafted wine.
