Sanieh has been teaching yoga and meditation on an international level for 18+ years.
Drawing from studies in evidence-based stress reduction, Sanieh’s teaching style focuses on the integration of present moment awareness and breath informed movement- modalities used as a means to self-regulate the nervous system and to cope with fluctuations of the mind.
With a strong emphasis in somatic awareness and Mindfulness-based stressed reduction practices, her aim as a yoga educator is to assist people towards optimal well-being while using the ancient practices of yoga in a modern, realistic way.
In her personal time, Sanieh enjoys morning hikes around Austin, cooking Persian food, gardening with her family, yoga, pilates, volunteering & educating people about clean-crafted wine.
