Sanieh has been teaching yoga and meditation internationally for 20+ years.
Drawing from studies in the fluid body and evidence-based stress reduction, Sanieh’s teaching style focuses on the integration of present moment awareness and breath informed movement- modalities used as a means to self-regulate the nervous system and to cope with fluctuations of the mind.
With a strong emphasis in somatic awareness and Mindfulness-based stressed reduction practices, her aim as a yoga educator is to assist people towards optimal well-being while using the ancient practices of yoga in a modern, realistic way.
In her personal time, Sanieh enjoys many different musical endeavors, hikes around Austin, cooking Persian food, and pursuing formal educational studies in Viticulture and Enology. Certified as a WSET level 2 wine educator through Napa Valley Wine Academy and The Wine & Spirits Education Trust in London, Sanieh is a Clean-Crafted wine consultant and facilitates wine tastings in the Austin area.
