Sanieh is a self-taught Alternative and Persian baker. Two very different worlds, she has perfected the science of allergy-free baking while simultaneously teaching herself Iranian culinary cuisine from her father’s native Iran. Every so often, those worlds collide.
At the discovery of her young child’s severe food allergies and sensitivies, Sanieh began to experiment with allergy-free baking (the elimination of gluten, dairy, soy, eggs, corn and all nut products) in its many forms.
During the early years of honing her skills, Sanieh studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and later went on to create the Holistic Lifestyle Integrative Coaching program (HLIC).
As an extension of that initial concept, Sanieh offers a variety of allergy-free consultations, cooking/baking classes and demos for food sensitive populations such as children, families and groups (Girl Scouts, pre-schools, etc).
